Autoconfirmed users[]
Several actions are restricted to user accounts that pass certain thresholds of time and activity. A user account is automatically added to this group after the first ten edits are made and four days pass.
Autoconfirmed users can move pages, upload files, and add links without the necessity of entering the CAPTCHA.
Administrators[]
Administrators are users who have proven themselves as contributors and are provided with additional tools to enhance their ability to edit.
Apart from the usual editing privileges, Administrators can also protect and edit protected pages, delete pages and files, and access restricted pages.
