Journal changing[]
As you might have been noticing, the Journal is changing a lot. Stories and circumstances have disappeared on the game screen but remain on the game code. Should we start creating the various new categories or wait for the final release to see if anything drastic changes again? S3Ld0m (talk) 18:24, 15 January 2015 (UTC)
- Redirects are probably our friend. I guess it depends on how many people actually use the wiki to look stuff up? I figure if the main phrase is still the same (e.g., "Romance: Someone Back Home"), that's the important part and can still be searched, so whatever, that's waitable -- but if they actually change the phrase (e.g., if they changed "Someone Back Home" to "Romance: A Lover Waits in London" or something like that) then more immediate action is probably a good idea. - Since we are no longer dealing with story vs. circumstance, should we just start calling them all Qualities now or something? Would be a bit of a slog, but not a complicated one. -Sinegenere (talk) 16:40, 6 February 2015 (UTC)
- I agree Sinegenere, I like your suggestion for the name change and have my OK! :) So Circumstances and Stories become Qualities. This also means that images and the category becomes qualities. We can deal with this situation similarly to the Cargo one. As new content is created, it will no longer have the old classification. S3Ld0m (talk) 17:10, 6 February 2015 (UTC)
