- keep everything here instead of User page. I like having my name in red.
- remember to spend some time just PLAYING and ENJOYING the game
- don't fuck with Ambition and Quality stuff on the wiki just yet. Wanna play it while I'm still mildly spoiled, not thoroughly spoiled.
Current Goal: UPDATE EQUIPMENT[]
correct, complete, and standardize
PROGRESS
- HORRIBLY out of date weapons page completely revamped! all weapons listed, corrected all numbers, added more info for beginners, tried to preserve whimsical tone.
- main equipment page complete, correct, internally standardized! Added a bit more info for beginners. May have sacrificed clarity.
- London equipment shops checked/updated for accuracy and completeness!
- individual pages for all equipment sold in London checked / edited for accuracy / created if missing! Dear god, did a lot of the weapon's pages still claim they increased Iron!
- added note about Torpedoes to all Torpedo-launchers!
- updated Ship Systems template, should at least be complete?
TO DO NEXT
- pages for all non-London equipment (we are clay; secret compartment; Memento Mori; Icarus in Black; Serpentine; Fulgent Impeller
- check the shops for those two to ensure accurate listing & pricing
- more work on improving the ship systems template
- better standardization between individual equipment pages? OR I COULD NOT DO THAT
Goal: OBSOLETE ARTICLES[]
consolidate all info about obsolete content, ensure it's not out in the open to be confused for active content PROGRESS
- created Obsolete category
- found as many pages add i could about the old combat system, classed them all Obsolete
- massively overhauled the Combat page! It now has a fairly comprehensive introduction to the combat system, aimed at new players instead of pre-Steel players. May be too unclear / verbose. Tried to preserve whimsical tone. Pared down the amount of advice and suggestions; these might be better off as a separate "Strategy" page, keeping Combat more descriptive.
- split off all explanation of the old combat system to its own page! Added a hefty disclaimer.
- removed front page links that were going to obsolete pages like combat actions! Eesh!
- modernized the map page, hell yeah
TO DO NEXT
- create a template to put on obsolete pages, in order to both put a big standard disclaimer on 'em and put them in the category in one fell swoop?
- actually put that on all the Obsolete pages
- keep rooting out obsolete pages, and links to them (ongoing)
Goal: CARGO AND CURIOSITIES[]
both the general pages and most individual items are extremely out of date, lacking tons of info
PROGRESS
- not much

- all of it, damn
- probably start with the general pages, add all the stuff they're missing, correct any errors, sort things usefully, etc
- then hit all the shop pages, make sure they're all complete and accurate
- then move on to individual item pages one at a time, being thorough, finding all the pages that link to it and making sure interactions mentioned there are included on the item's page
is there a way to see a list of all links to a page? Like images have. That'd help a lot.hell yes- this is gonna take a long time damn

Links, links everywhere[]
Hi, I was wandering around the wiki and saw your questions about links ("is there a way to see a list of all links to a page?"). I had the same question, so I searched around a little.
On the left menu, under the "Tools" section, there is a link named "What links here". It shows all the pages that contain links to the current page :) Hope it helps !

The other thing is - don't take the wiki too seriously! Remember to have fun!
