House of Harms is a shop in Iron Republic that only becomes available when you do the Visit the Expulsus action, available with Another Day: Iron Republic Days greater than 15.
Although there are good trade opportunities here involving Devilbone Dice and Lamentable Relics, the mechanics of how Iron Republic shops work means that it's not practical to make a dedicated trade loop out of this.
